Some newborn sessions are just effortless from beginning to end, and this sweet baby boy’s session was exactly that.
From the moment he arrived at the studio, he was calm, content, and already showing off the tiniest hints of his personality. He settled in so easily and gave us the most peaceful, relaxed session. Babies like him make it look easy, but it’s always such a joy to capture those soft, quiet moments that parents will treasure forever.
Mom and Dad were just as wonderful. They were so kind, calm, and trusting throughout the entire session, which truly makes all the difference. When parents come in relaxed and excited, it creates the perfect environment for a smooth, enjoyable experience for the baby and for everyone involved.
One of my favorite parts of this session was incorporating a special theme that meant something to them. At Mom and Dad’s request, we added subtle touches of Toy Story into his newborn portraits, and it turned out so incredibly sweet. From the soft colors to the thoughtful details, it was the perfect way to personalize his session while still keeping that timeless look.
These kinds of custom touches are what make each newborn session unique. It allows families to tell their story in a way that feels meaningful to them, and I love being able to bring those ideas to life.
Overall, this session was such a dream. A calm, content baby; the sweetest parents; and a fun, personal theme made it one I’ll remember for a long time.
